Bitnexus ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit bitnexus.com and how it is used.

This site has no contact form or user accounts. Two sources of data are collected automatically:

Server access logs — standard logs generated by the web server, including your IP address, browser type and version, the page requested, referring URL, and request timestamp. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Analytics — this site uses a self-hosted instance of Umami, a privacy-respecting analytics platform. Umami collects page views, referrer, browser, device type, and approximate country. It does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sessions, and does not share data with any third party. All data is stored on infrastructure we control.

3. How We Use This Information

Server logs are used for security monitoring and diagnosing technical problems. Analytics data is used to understand general traffic patterns. Neither is used for advertising or sold to third parties.

4. Cookies

This site does not set cookies. Umami is configured for cookie-free tracking. No session, tracking, or preference cookies are used.

5. Third-Party Services

This site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising network. The Umami analytics instance is self-hosted and data does not leave our infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days and then rotated automatically. Analytics data is retained indefinitely in aggregate form with no individual identifiers.

7. Security

Access to server infrastructure is restricted. All traffic is served over HTTPS.
